Registered business

Workspace Cedarfield Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name. We were established in 2019 in Daejeon, South Korea, to address a gap we saw repeatedly: holders who carefully separated hardware wallets and backups across locations but lacked a single document their household could read.

Origin

Our founder spent years in estate planning support before encountering clients who held digital assets offline. The same questions appeared in every intake: Which safe has the spare device? Did the backup move when they relocated to Jeju? Who knows the bank box combination? Workspace Cedarfield was formed to answer those questions on paper — without taking custody of keys.

What we do

We prepare custody overviews, recovery path documents, and emergency briefs for individuals and families. Our work is consultative and document-focused. Sessions happen at our Yuseong-gu office or over encrypted video when clients prefer not to travel with devices.

Working approach

We treat every session as confidential. No cloud storage of client maps unless explicitly requested with encryption keys held only by the client. We photograph device exteriors and label stickers — never seed material. Our reference numbering system (Site A, Device 2, Backup tier B) keeps maps readable without exposing secrets.

Values

Clarity over complexity. Separation of storage should be intentional. Family members deserve instructions they can follow under stress. We charge for time and documents, not for access to holdings.

We publish field notes on storage hygiene and location planning. We do not affiliate with exchanges or wallet manufacturers; device mentions in sessions reflect what clients already own.
