Refund Policy

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms for Workspace Cedarfield custody documentation consultations.

Overview

This policy applies to consultation fees and deposits for custody mapping sessions and related documentation services booked through Workspace Cedarfield Co., Ltd.

Deposit refunds

Flagship session deposits of ₩120,000 are fully refundable when you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the slot, in which case a 50% deposit refund applies at our discretion.

Full session fees

If you cancel after intake materials were prepared but before the session begins, a ₩80,000 preparation fee is deducted from any prepaid balance. Remaining amounts refund within fourteen business days to your original payment method.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule with more than 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.

Partial refunds after session start

If you end a session early by choice, fees for completed time apply at our hourly rate (₩160,000 per hour, prorated). Unused prepaid balance refunds within fourteen business days.

Non-refundable items

Printed materials already collected, courier fees for delivered documents, and third-party video platform charges are non-refundable once incurred.

Work already started

Custom recovery path documents mid-draft are billed for hours completed if you cancel after draft delivery. Maps in revision round two or beyond incur no additional refund deductions if you cancel acceptance — you simply do not receive final copies.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled session without notice forfeits the deposit and any prepaid session fee.

Refund method

Refunds process via bank transfer to the account used for payment. International clients receive refunds minus applicable transfer fees.

Disputes

Contact hello@workspace-cedarfield.click or +82 42 0000 2031 with booking reference. We aim to resolve refund requests within ten business days.

Exceptions

Medical emergencies documented within seven days may qualify for full deposit credit toward a rescheduled date within six months.
