Terms governing use of the Workspace Cedarfield website and custody documentation consultations in South Korea.
Acceptance
By accessing workspace-cedarfield.click or booking our consultations, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services described
Workspace Cedarfield Co., Ltd. provides custody documentation consultations, written maps, recovery path documents, and related advisory materials for offline wallet storage organization. We do not custody digital assets, hold private keys, or execute transactions on your behalf.
Appointments and deposits
Session bookings require a deposit as stated on individual service pages. Deposits are applied to the final fee. Rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice moves your deposit to a new date. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
Intellectual property
Website content, map templates, and proprietary reference systems remain our intellectual property. Delivered custody maps prepared for you become your documents for personal use. You may not resell our templates or represent them as your own commercial product.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate location and device information to the best of your knowledge. You must not ask us to store seed phrases or private keys. You are responsible for securing delivered documents after handoff.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for asset loss resulting from your storage choices, third-party access, or market movements. Consult our Not Financial Advice page for scope limits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Daejeon, South Korea.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting revisions on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
